Our company provides legal services concerning transactions with foreign real estate. We always provide legal assistance of sale, purchase or rent of real estate. We can help to prepare necessary documents and obtain identification number for foreigners (NIE). Foreign residents must register at the police office.
List of documents required to obtain NIE:
- Escritura — document that certifies the transfer of property rights from Seller to Purchaser;
- copy of international passport (all pages);
- confirmation of bailment for real estate (bank transfer);
filled-in form for NIE (in Spanish language). Qualified officer of ESTEMAR company will help to fill in the form.
